CAN WE COLLECT FROM THE WAREHOUSE?
Yes you are very welcome to come to the warehouse to collect your order, we just ask for you to discuss the date and time with the customer service team to make sure we have all stock available. We are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm on a Friday. We are based on Premier Park on Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate. The warehouse address is Unit 4, Premier Park, 35, Road 1, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3PH. Please call us on 01477 537224 if you're lost!
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH?
Once we receive your order and the goods are in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched the vast majority of orders are delivered by our couriers APC and DPD on a next day basis (dependent on location). However very small packets are sent first class Royal Mail and may take a little longer. If any order is going to take more than seven days to deliver the customer will be notified either by telephone or email.
HOW DO WE RETURN GOODS TO YOU?
Should you need to return goods because they are incorrect or damaged then Wares of Knutsford will arrange the collection of the parcel and once the goods are received in the warehouse either a replacement will be dispatched or refund made to the customers card. Should you wish to return goods due to a change of mind or other reason not the responsibility of Wares of Knutsford then we ask you to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to our warehouse at Unit 4, Premier Park, 35, Road 1, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3PH. If it is difficult for you to arrange the return as a result of your change of mind then we can do this for you but there will be a charge for our courier to collect the goods of £12 per box.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNT CODES OR OFFERS?
We have seasonal offers which you can find on the website and if you are signed up to our newsletter you should have this emailed to you. We always have a special offers page full of different products, typically on offer with free shipping.
HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING COST?
When you go to checkout the system will work out your shipping cost based on the volume of the order and the area you live. Please see the delivery charges page on the website to see how much your order will be.
CAN I BUY IN WHOLESALE QUANTITIES?
Yes we sell wholesale quantities in majority of our jars and bottles, when buying at wholesale you can save on average 20% of the cost compared to retail prices. CAN I BUY A MIXED PALLET OF JARS AND BOTTLES?
Absolutely! We offer mixed pallets to those who order multiple products off us. As long as you hit the wholesale minimum spend, we can provide you with a quote for the mixed pallet and you would then be able to access wholesale discounted prices.
